ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
For the month of June 01 to 30, 2016



Reviewed and updated the database of the municipal list of interventions provided to farmer's organizations.

Conduct project monitoring and assessment of Barangay Food Terminal  in Poblacion, Ayungon.

Conduct project monitoring of Barangay food terminal in Municipality of Tayasan and gather important data.

Conduct project monitoring of floating tiller  in Brgy. Bayog, Canlaon City.

Conduct project monitoring of flat bed dryer in Brgy. Masulog, Canlaon City
Conduct project monitoring of floating tiller and MPDP in Brggy. Panubigan, Canlaon City
Conduct project monitoring of Cold Storage in Canlaon City.
Initiate discussions with officers of Canlaon City Federation of Water Irrigator's, INC. regarding to their project receive.

Facilitated the preparation of monthly reports; and

Do other function as directed by immediate supervisor.
